Sasan Karimi, a university lecturer, said in a conversation at Khabar Cafe: "Under sanctions and by relying on the resistance economy, we can continue to survive, but in such a situation, there is no possibility of development."
He added: "The second Rouhani administration faced two phenomena, Corona and Trump's withdrawal from the JCPOA, which were beyond its control, but despite these conditions, it was successful in governing the country."
