Karimi refers to the third and fourth conditions and emphasizes: "The third thing is that Iran must look at it in such a way that America wants to enter into negotiations from an equal position and not from bullying and coercion. The fourth is to think that the Americans have real interests in reaching an agreement with Iran, and that these real interests can also be aligned with Iran's interests. Not that they are pursuing interests that undermine Iran's interests. "If Iran takes these matters into account, it can conclude before holding any talks that the necessary groundwork is in place for any negotiations."
